Welcome to Go4 Adventure Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or purchasing from Go4 Adventure, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our website (www.go4adventure.co.nz), products, services, and bookings.
1. Our Role
Go4 Adventure Limited acts as:
A booking agent and reseller for adventure services, packages, campervan rentals, and insurance.
A direct provider for retail and e-commerce products.
When booking with us, you also accept the terms and conditions of the specific provider delivering your service. A summary of these terms is provided below, and full versions are available upon request.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment or deposit.
Prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment by card, PayPal, and Bitcoin (via Lightning Pay).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the terms of the service provider. As a general guideline:
Some services have non-refundable deposits.
Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and provider policy.
4. Key Provider Terms (Summary)
Fiordland Discovery (Cruises & Charters)
20% non-refundable deposit required.
Strict cancellation periods (6–12 weeks before travel).
Guests travel at their own risk. Insurance is recommended.
Great Journeys New Zealand (Rail & Packages)
Packages include 3rd-party services.
Cancellation within 14 days of travel may result in no refund.
Conditions of Carriage apply to all transport.
Nomado (Campervan Rentals)
Driver must be 21+ with valid license.
Security bond required.
Charges may apply for damage, cleaning, and late returns.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate info when booking.
Comply with safety rules and age requirements.
Ensure you meet activity or rental requirements.
6. Liability
Go4 Adventure is not liable for any provider failure or service interruption.
Adventure activities involve inherent risk.
You are liable under the terms of the provider.
7. Privacy
Your data is managed under our Privacy Policy.
8. Legal
Governed by New Zealand law.
Disputes are subject to NZ jurisdiction.
9. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you:
Have read and accepted Go4 Adventure’s Terms and Conditions.
Agree to be bound by the relevant provider’s terms where applicable.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Please check this page regularly, as continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
